Star BOM Block 1

Well, I managed to cram this together, lol. It's a good thing you can't see the back. Hmm,hmm, my eyes are getting "worser and worser", lol. I wanted to get this done before I had my eye surgery on Monday. Maybe the next one won't take me as long and will be a little straighter. One can only hope.

Hope everyone is having fun!

Good luck on your surgery. This block turned out so well- love that pinkish color you used, and I always gravitate to greens.

Perry, I've enjoyed browsing your blog and seeing your beautiful quilts. I am jealous of your green thumb. Your yard is so fabulous.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your comment about not being able to post the other day. I'm sorry that so many people couldn't get into their blogs but at the same time, it was good to know that I wasn't alone. Y'know, misery loves company. I agree with you that there should be a way for us to be notified and not go through the agony of not knowing what is wrong.
Take care.
Aloha!

Hope that you have as good as results as my friend who had eye surgery last month! She was so excited because now she can drive again, and see well enough to sew and quilt again... oh and read some too!
I hope that the dr.'s have done a good job, since you probably won't be reading this until after the surgery.
Here's to a speedy recovery.
Good Luck.

I love those collections, like Fossil Ferns. I thought about making it with Fusions but decided to go with batiks. Looks good!
