Because of your support, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has over 30 therapies in their drug development pipeline. Many medicines in development will make treatment times shorter and more effective, but they still only treat the symptoms.
The most promising new therapies are small compounds that can potentially correct the underlying defect in the CFTR protein. They represent our best hope yet to control cystic fibrosis. On behalf of all people affected by CF, thank you for helping to further these efforts.

Oh, my goodness! I can't believe I won Vicki's quilt! I can now add another designer quilt to my collection! Thank you, Perry, for telling us about Katy and cystic fibrosis. I hope everyone keeps the link handy for their charitable donations this year. I know I will!
Congratulations Vicky!! You may have never known this but Jace's cousin (raised like a sister) was born with CF. They told the family she'd live to be 12 at the most. Carla is 43.
